Most lights are on between the hours of 8pm and 11:30am, some are only accessible by foot so be awear you wil need to get out of your car. It's a good idea to generally park down the road a bit and go for a wander as this helps free up access by foot to those properties.

Note: There are also buses running for those who'd prefer not to drive. At just $2pp it's easily the best way to see the lights with out the hassle of dealing with traffic.
